CQ20B Gain settings not saving properly

I’ve experienced this a few times now. It seems to happen most in the following scenario: I open a saved scene, I multitrack rehearsal on an SD card, switch all inputs to SD card to make mix adjustments. then here is where the major problem lies: if I save the scene with the adjustments we’ve made while the inputs are set to digital, when I switch inputs back to analog they are all zeroed out.
