    It’s great to be able to swap the EQ and dynamics in the IP channels. However, the position in the inputs usually remains at standard. The EQ should clean up the signal before the compressor.

    If I combine different channels in a group (e.g. drums), the compressor should first combine the signals and then the EQ should shape the common sound. In my experience, swapping these tools usually makes sense in the mix buses (group, aux, main…). It would be great to be able to do it there.

    Schematic: IP -> EQ(to clear) ->Compressor (control dynamics) -> group -> (bus)Compressor (gluing the channels) -> EQ (shaping the mixed sound)

    The most useful option would be to be able to place the compressor between PEQ and GEQ.
