Make sure on the router your connecting to a LAN port not the WAN port, the LAN ports are
normally grouped together and a different color than the WAN port.
Does the router have any light indicating something is connected to one of it’s LAN ports?
Does the network jack on the mixer have a light on when it’s connected?
On the mixers network jack check that the pins / contact wires are not bent or crossed check the router as well.
Pushing the network reset did just that, if your mixer was set up with a static IP address it is now set back to DHCP, that should make it work on most routers.
