Cannot connect QU-SB to ipad

Hi,
I used my qusb and my ipad for many gigs. Today after flying, my ipad can find the router and connect with the router, but my qusb cannot be found in my software on the ipad.
So I started the ipad again. I started the router again. I started the qusb again. No improvement.
I pushed the button on the front next to network, until it turns to red. No improvement.
I disconnected the ethernet cable and connected it again. No improvement.

I have no further idea – please help.

Try a different Ethernet cable?
I did accidentally plug my router into the d-snake port on the back of a QU-PAC in a dark rack on one occasion 🤦‍♂️
Try a different port on the router too?

Make sure on the router your connecting to a LAN port not the WAN port, the LAN ports are
normally grouped together and a different color than the WAN port.

Does the router have any light indicating something is connected to one of it’s LAN ports?

Does the network jack on the mixer have a light on when it’s connected?

On the mixers network jack check that the pins / contact wires are not bent or crossed check the router as well.

Pushing the network reset did just that, if your mixer was set up with a static IP address it is now set back to DHCP, that should make it work on most routers.
