    Hi all,

    I’m working on a project currently with an AHM 64 and a couple of DX012 and IP1 controllers all sitting on it’s own AV Vlan – 172.16.155.0/24 Working perfectly with no issues, this Vlan however doesn’t have it’s own SSID.

    The customer would like to use an iPad they have to control the sound system using the Custom Control App. The iPad siting on their internal staff network and SSID – 10.41.4.0/24

    Is it possible to use the custom control app on a different subnet to control the AHM if we direct the app to the AHM IP address on the log in screen?
    The firewall is set up with all the correct permissions to access the AV Vlan form the Internal Vlan and all ports for discovery etc are open……as far as I know
    I’m able to access other devices from the internal network to the AV Vlan but I’m not sure if this is at all possible with the AHM & Customer Control App?
