Hello. I had already started a thread a long time ago regarding the QU16 and Studio Artist One. I don’t give up too easily but have concluded I’ve spent(wasted) enough time on this. I have scoured the internet, brick and mortar shops with DAW specialist, etc. It appears that Presonus is likely the culprit here and the reason why I (anyone) can’t get the QU series and Studio Artist One to talk to each other amicably. Ridiculous. I’m going to have to go out and by a control surface that I Know will work seamlessly with SAO. And I’m going to work very hard to not purchase a Presonus device. Or, I’ll go back to Reaper. I love the QU16, it’s my live band board and had hoped to use it as my audio interface and DAW Control. Had I known about this issue would I have bought a Studio Live? Dunno, too late.
I now use Windows 10, this never worked on my Mac either though some claim to have figured it out.
