Has anyone used the ADB 168 digital snake with cat 6 cables? I just wanted to make sure it would not make a difference.
In theory it shouldn’t, but having said that. I know that REAC doesn’t like shielded cables (I have no idea why, but have seen it fail due to cable shielding).
Hi
Dsnake uses standard 100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet. As such, any Dsnake device will support Cat5 or better cabling.
