    SQ6 SETTING
    SYNC = INTERNAL CLOCK -> 96KHZ
    USB Memory(SQ drive) REC = 48KHZ(FOR 32CH RECORDING)
    Most sounds come through ar2404

    Recorded sound was problem.
occasionally, sound pitch is shake or down.
    It sounds like chorus effect.

Would it be okay to change the internal clock to 48khz?

Internal clock is always 96kHz, it’s not changeable.
Make sure your hard disk or SSD is compatible
and format it in the desk before recording anything.

SQ Drive hard disk = samsung t5 portable usb ssd(256G)

When we have recorded stereo sound(96khz), no problem.

also, we use the aes output(96khz). what about that is change 48khz?(i was going to say aes output.)

I think that dosen’t matter. But next week i will test it.

I/O has sample rate converters on different positions
you can set the AES out to 48kHz I think…

and the possible speed of a device is not the problem, sometimes…

    I was test yesterday.

AES out was change from 96KHz to 48KHz.(SQ-Drive REC sample rate is 48KHz.)

There was no problem.(When AES out 96KHz and SQ-Drive REC 48Khz, it always take place sound pitch problem.)

And also sound that recorded was changed. it’s very dry sound.

    I don’t understand.

I think that AES Out sample rate and SQ-Drive(Multi track REC sample rate) affect each other. That is not good condition.
