To duck the delay a little when the vocal is present, save me riding the fader all the time.

    Thanks.

Thanks bud! Really appreciate the help. I have to say, it’s not the most intuitive piece of software to use. GLD is a bit better.

    Thanks again.

Hi Mark, thank you that’s very helpful.

I was thinking more about aux busses and using them for wedges and IEMs.

They both need to be pre fade which I can set easily, but, how do I set where the signal is taken from?

    I.E. Post preamp/post eq/post comp… Etc.

    Thanks again.

There’s plenty of them for my needs, either way. Just thought it might be a setting I had wrong.

I just need to decide GLD or iLive, now. The option to mix without a surface is tempting, if only the iLive surfaces weren’t so damn expensive, I mean, it’s just a glorified iPad haha

Thanks to everyone for your help.

It seems odd that I have to use two buses when adding a mono group.

In the (set-up > config) screen there are two columns side by side, left is the mono bus/mixes and right are the stereo ones.

Mono ones can only be added in pairs so when I go back to the (set-up > config) screen there are two loaded.

They can be used separately but it seems odd to have to use two.

    Thanks again!

Okay, so now I have figured that out… Mono groups/mixes/FX/matrix can only be added in pairs, is this correct?

The problem with using old iPads is the app might need a greater iOS than it’s possible to have. I have this issue with a 1st gen iPad which can’t be updated to anything higher than iOS5 but QuYou need 7.1 or greater. Shame!
