I have an iPad 2018 and an AD7000-Nighthawk X10 router. I’m having issues with connection loss. (I’m in touch with A&H support)
I’m curious what others are using, and their experiences.

    Thanks!
    Joel

Apple Airport Express permanently mounted in the doghouse of the flightcase. Never any issue.

Which model? How’s the range? Are you using 5GHZ, or 2.4GHZ?

I think it highly depends on your environment…

areas with many WiFi need better routers, but sometimes it doesn’t help at all 😉

I was at a place we measured 120 wifi networks, so we had no chance to establish a good connection longer than 15 seconds

I’m using a DLink dual band router and i’m finding problems on both 2.4 and 5.0Ghtz. Im finding that when the ipad is in use around the venue then the desk surface can become unresponsive and only returns to normal when the ipad is turned off.

I am using the Asus RT-AC68U for a few months now. Never had problems, never had drop-outs, never had connection fails. Even not with many other networks around.
