I’m having trouble with the Vantom Power feature on my Allen & Heath CQ-18T. I’ve tried activating it but it doesn’t seem to be working.

I’m using a Rode NT1-A 48V microphone which works fine with my audio interface. However, when connected to the CQ-18T, the Vantom Power doesn’t engage, even when I’ve tried pressing and holding the button. I’ve tested with a different microphone and it works as expected on the mixer.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When you use Ip1, do the Phantom Power button and the 48V light up red (like in the pic) and are you using a normal 3-pin XLR cable?
