    Hello,

    I recently had my iMac serviced and subsequently trashed ProTools prefs. No problems there, but since I setup PT and QU16 again, I can’t get the Soft Keys on QU 16 to move the Fader Banks Up/Down.
    It’s stuck down on the first 8 track/channels of Pro Tools, and won’t budge.It does control the Faders and Mutes on those 8 channels, but won’t Bank Up/Down.

    I’ve checked in Setup and have the Soft Keys #3+#4 set to Down/Up as usual. Also have #3 set to MMC but that’s not working either. Settings for HUI etc in PT are as should be.

    Any and all help appreciated.
