QU 16 screen rotary glitchy

Hi,

I’ve got a QU16 it’s got an issue with the rotary knob for the screen. When operating it, the parameters jump and doesn’t operate smoothly. All the other control knobs work perfectly. Has anyone else had this issues or know of a fix?

Unfortunately this sounds like the encoder itself may be failing, the best thing to do is to contact your local distributor (https://www.allen-heath.com/where-to-buy/) who will be able to get your unit checked over and carry out any repair if required.
