Hello all. I have a GLD-80 and it is not detecting any of the snakes I connect, either AR2412 or AB168. I get the “DSNAKE error (No device -setup Only)“. Firmware version is 1.62. The snakes are brand new (Feb 2023) and the utp cables I have tried are Cat5e and Cat 6 and neither of them worked. I have also tested on the Expand port and it still did not work. Please help. thanks in advance.

What connection are you using on the AR2412?
Have you tried using a short jumper to connect the AR2412 to the mixer?
Has this system worked with an older stage box?

It would connect to the D Snake jack.
Look in the jacks for bent contacts pins/wires.

Your firmware version is correct for the new series AR2412.
How old is the stage box? What is the serial number of the AR2412, 1006547 and above
    require firmware 1.62

    4. Cables , ports and pins are ok
    5. 1.62

In the other hand, the Logs shows that either both snakes are successfully connected (see attached image) despite i got the error: No device..setup only. Should I consider to replace the main board. (heads up: I performed a firmware downgrade and upgrade and still, same error). Same tests with Cat 5e and 6…nothing happened.

    Please Help!
