Good afternoon friends, I am writing to consult you to consult a fault that I have with my qu16.
The fader system has an error, when switching pages between mixbus, LR, layers, etc., Faders do not act properly, they are not positioned where they should be. And there are times when the mixer locks. I’ve already updated the firmware to version 1.95
Any solution? In advance, thank you very much.2021/03/05 at 11:33 pm #99580JpspatsParticipant2021/03/05 at 11:40 pm #99581volounteerParticipant@Jbspats
no sound on that link
video makes no sense without itdo you mean the faders do not move or do you think the position has other problems.
does it fail if you dont try to push every button so fast?

Does the mixer still pass audio?
If you move a fader does it then control the audio that it
is the fader for?Couple things to just try….
– A complete mixer hard reset, if you have any important scenes back them up first.
– A firmware reload.Have you tried the fader calibration mode?

it hints at it,but to me it is not clear at all the way it was done as it could be due to the multiple simultaneous pushes so fast
if it is real then he needs to open a trouble ticket.
especially if they had worked and now stopped.he should check your suggestions first then contact AH

I’ve had the mixer for 4 years, and I think with so much movement, some screw loosened.
I decided to open the mixer and the problem was that, a simple screw that was loose.
The mixer, if it has audio, controls each channel, but the fault it presented was that when switching the page the faders were not positioned at the level where they would have to be.
But so far I think I’ve been able to solve the problem.
I’ll be texting you if I get there.
Thank you very much to everyone who offered me your help.2021/03/06 at 12:43 pm #99608Mike CParticipantI talk to you a little bit about what happened to me with thaT

Thank you very much to everyone who offered me your help.A friend of mine had a QU16 that was transported a lot in a rack case that had no shock mount cushioning and two screws came loose in their mixer after about 6 years of bouncing around in a trailer!
Lucky that those screws never got into anything and caused what could have been serious
problems! The screws were what holds the rubberized side panels on.
I take it your mixer is working fine now?
Where did the screws come loose from in your mixer? -
