To updade this device’s firmware, I need to apply the upgrade using software from the same release branch (1.0.x in this case). This version of software is not available from the download centre or from the App Store.
Please advise on the process to get this device current, as I am unable to use it otherwise. I will either need the 1.0.x branch of CQ MixPad for PC or Mac, or I will need detailed instructions on how to load the current firmware from USB *without* using CQ MixPad (perhaps there’s some sort of undocumented boot sequence utilizing the reset button).
This is very, very frustrating, as in its current state, my brand new, first ever A&H product is basically a brick.
