It would be nice to more than two stereo input channels. Ganging works to a point but not the best solution. We use our GLD system for a secondary recording mix coming from our FOH dLive system via Dante. With that being said, we use the PAFL bus a lot but when monitoring “stereo” ganged channels, it’s translated as mono. The other thing is, it uses twice as many channels for each stereo input I have. It could potentially open up a few extra channels given the system could handle the processing.
I know the dLive has a feature similar to what I’m requesting, however, I believe it is only able to pair together inputs coming from the physical rack inputs. What I’m requesting would include both the rack inputs, but also the I/O port inputs.
