adjust contrast on LCD Channel Strip?

Does anyone know how to adjust the contrast on the channel stip LCDs?

Press the setup button (with that little sun printed next to it) for two seconds.
This will change the illumination level, affecting the LCD contrast in a way, too…

I saw that, which changes brightness. But I need the contrast changed.
As I sit in front of the console – I can’t read the strips – unless I stand up.

I know, I know – I am usually standing when running the console – but sometimes we do need to sit…
