Has anyone found a fix for this yet? or is everyone just kinda dealing with it? Thanks!
I don’t know if you have gotten this fixed yet or not but this same thing happened on mine. We ended up having to take it apart and it was a single solder point on one of the boards we had to replace. Since then its worked no problem though!
I don’t know if you found a solution yet or not, but if I’m understanding correctly, couldn’t you use recall filters/scene safes?
I have my console set up with softkeys recalling a scene that switches FX sends between different mics but also have IEMS recall safed on just those scenes so it doesn’t change their mixes.
Don’t know if this helps or not but if you would like more help or a better explanation, let me know!
Let me try and clarify. I’m not trying to put them on separate networks. I’m attempting to be able to connect with a computer/phone/tablet but on our network is a 10.x.x.x so it’s not seeing the console. How can I get the console to be on a 10.x.x.x instead of 192?
Even when I changed the mix rack manually the surface was unable to find it regardless of the ip addresses.
Thanks for the quick response Scott.
When I tried that it still wasn’t affecting the sends. The only way I could get the scenes to change ‘properly’ was if I stored everything with no recall filter. I also noticed that if I had any recall filter set it wouldn’t recall properly. I.e. I blocked the preamp and trim with everything else open and it still didn’t work.
Maybe this is a bug in the system?
Any further help is greatly appreciated
I believe it is from the dLive software that is launching this month.
So sorry everyone! I just realized i uploaded the wrong error. Oops!
Anyways, here is the one in question:
Thu Jan 28 2016 17:19:50.234 :: ERROR: No visible tabs to show! (../../TLD/TLDQtGUIComponents/TabBar.cpp:435) :: 2 :: -1
Thu Jan 28 2016 17:19:50.234 :: ERROR: No replacement tabs to show within active group! Handle this with an explicit ShowTabGroup. (../../TLD/TLDQtGUIComponents/TabController.cpp:162) :: 2 :: -1
Thanks again!
I have been getting this error as well. Has there been a way to fix it? Or at least tell what it is?
Thanks!
Just wondering if you figured this out. Some of the users on our console have left and didn’t leave passwords so we can’t remove them as far as I know.
