So, you CANNOT update the firmware or software automatically? This is what I thought also….I was just asking because our soundguy said it updated automatically……I did not think that was right…thanks for clarifying this.

Thanks for the explanation. Yeah the DSubs are so expensive I wish they would have allowed a chaeper way to use a digital snake. But I guess we will just use old fashioned analog snakes.

The bass does use a battery for active pickups.I do not think it uses phantom power…I don’t know. My guitar is going through my axe fx II and out of that into the snake.

We will try another channel if it happens again.

I will get them to try a full mixer reset…but does it remove all of the settings we have for our band?

I think my pastor said all of our subgroups were being used. But if the hard left/right trick works…that would be OK also.
