    My wish list:
Pre post fade aux switching per channel please.
    Mute groups
    Fx EQ.

I’ve been using the built in 5ghz with no issues. There are issues if you try to use 2.4ghz AND Bluetooth together – others have also reported this.

Plus 1. Agreed. The only way you can do it currently is to use a spare post fade Aux – output your backing track from that, then physically cable return that aux output back into a spare input channel then send that channel to the pre fade aux’s going to monitors. BE CAREFUL! Don’t send it back to itself!!! Not great but it is a workaround.
Please A & H give us Pre Post per channel to Aux’s

As Keith said – you can use the Mixing station app with midi controllers to control the CQ. I’ve just custom mapped a Mackie control Universal and it’s great – except be aware there are currently bugs in Mixing Station after v2.0.3 with midi / Mackie Control. I use with a touch screen laptop and wifi for remote mixing.

I’d also REALLY like pre/post selection to aux’s per channel!
Especially important to have post fade for backing tracks going to monitors where fade outs are needed but the rest of the monitors need to be pre fade.

I have a CQ-18T and have discovered that the built in Bluetooth is unreliable for iPhone audio playback (audio stops/gaps/&speeding playback) IF you also have 2.4Ghz WiFi enabled. Switching the built in WiFi to 5Ghz fixes the issue. Others have also noticed this problem.
Interestingly however – my iPad (gen7) would bluetooth audio connect OK to the CQ-18T with 2.4Ghz Wifi enabled! Perhaps this is an iPhone to CQ Bluetooth only issue??

SteffenR yeah good idea but I’m also on C series and already find there is not enough softkeys. I’d love to have external Midi triggerable sofkeys!

Check out my set up of the IP8 controller in the DLive general discussions. I’ve included a video and dLive show file of the set up free for download to save you lots of programming! With this set up The IP8 can access inputs,Aux’s,Fx,DCA’S,matrices and mains with Mute/Sel/mix/PAFL, PLUS sends on faders for 8 Aux’s and 8 effects! Also has surface softkeys assigned to select mixes so you Can have IP8 faders show sends on fader levels for the 8 aux and 8 effects mixes.

Yes -Networkable units are the D800’s, WMS4500 and older WMS4000 systems.
“network remote control allows frequency coordination and monitoring of multichannel systems by PC software Audio Architect or Soundcraft Vi consoles”

Go to Surface> Control> Surface Preferences and edit the Roles (bottom right corner in that screen). Select a Role and set the start and end scenes. You can also name the role.

You can also set permissions in Roles:
    User Profiles> User # > Set Permissions> Roles

Agreed! Yes would also like similar softkey actions on the IP8 – and perhaps if Macro commands can be set on softkeys and IP8 also as others have requested. One step at a time…
