Sam A&H2009/09/28 at 10:59 am #24718Hi Tim
Where is unity on the SUB rotary controls?
Unity is located just before 3 O’clock on rotary controls, i have added this to the feature request listIs there a “key listen” feature included with the dynamics processing?
You can Key listen on the iLive surface by pressing the SEL key within the input process you wish to Key listen to. This function is not currently available in Editor though could be in a future release.how might one SIP with the Editor?
SIP is not currently available for Editor.Regards
Sam A&H2009/09/28 at 10:03 am #24717Hi Fernando
To reset passwords on your iLive system turn off the system move jumper 8 in iDR10 – iDR0 or dip switch 4 on T-Series mixracks to the ON position. Then power On the system wait for system to connect then power the system off. Set the jumper or dip switch back to the OFF position. Your passwords will now have been reset
Note:
User Names, User Permissions and user default scene at startup will all be reset to factory default settings.Regards

This sounds like a potential Hardware fault with your MMO module if you only get the problem when the MMO Module is fitted.
I suggest you contact your Distributor to resolve the issue:

Sam A&H2009/09/22 at 2:51 pm #24705Hi Pete
Yes, 1.53 will work with 1Ghz SBC’s. Sorry for any confusion, there was a typo on our website. The section explaining that 1Ghz SBC users may have problems should only refer to 1.50 and 1.51 users.
0001608: Channel naming issue – This is now fixed in version 1.53

Please tell me if I am doing something wrong, but I cannot switch the Aux to PostGate etc. from computer editor. When I am doing monitors from laptop, I always have to ask FOH engineer to do that.
Editor v1.51 has the functionality to change where the Aux send point is.
To change this right click on the Aux channel you wish to change and select – routing – Aux Send Source – post Gate etcHope this helps
Sam A&H2009/09/08 at 3:46 pm #24642Hi Marc
This is a known issue with v1.51, our software engineers have been working to fix these issues and performance will be improved for v1.52
in the meantime you can roll back to v1.43 or wait for the release of v1.52
Regards
Sam A&H2009/09/01 at 1:52 pm #24616Hi Lieven
I have replicated the bug you have found and our Software team are now working on a fix which will be ready for v1.52.
For now please do not set a password when working in mixrack only mode. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Many thanks
Sam A&H2009/08/27 at 10:28 am #24604Hi Hans,
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your system.
Could you please give some more detail on your problem e.g.
what level your gains are set at?
how many input channels are up in the main mix?
are some Mic pre-amps significantly louder than others?
Have you checked cables?Best Regards
Sam A&H2009/08/27 at 9:59 am #24603Hi Lieven
Could you please send us the Event logs from the the iLiveT also the Event logs From Editor and a show that causes this problem to A&H Support.
Can you please send them in via the support suite at: https://allen-heath.helpserve.comAlso can you try a full jumper Reset Jumper (5,6,7, on the Mixrack.
Then if that does not work try reinstalling V1.51 onto the system and possibly reinstalling Editor. It may be an idea to download it again off the website to make sure you did not download a corrupt version of firmware.
Best Regards
Sam A&H2009/08/26 at 5:00 pm #24599Hi Lieven
Can you please try the following to see if this solves your issue:
First make hidden folders on your computer visible – To do this open a folder on your computer go to Menu bar-Tools-folder options go to the view tab and select show hidden files and folders.
then navigate to: C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersApplication DataAllen & HeathiLiveEditor V1.51
Then delete the two folders in that location.
Then try running Editor again ans see if you still have the problem?

Sam A&H2009/08/25 at 3:11 pm #24594Hi Albin
can you please explain in more detail what you mean by:
‘i switched from one channel (cd Input on the surface) to the other and the gain of the new selected Channel Jumper 15db higher’Was it two mono channels you were using?
when did the jump in level happen? was it when you pressed the SEL key of the other channel? or did you change any Pre-amp setting??
Do you remember if you had rebooted the desk before this problem occured?I Will try and replicate your issue here at A&H
Best Regards
Sam A&H2009/08/24 at 10:03 am #24590Hi Hagai,
When this problem occurs again could you please save the event logs and show you are currently using and send them to support@allen-heath.com
Could you also describe exactly what you do leading up to the crash of the system. I am unsure if this is a hardware or software issue at present the logs will give us a better idea of what the problem with your system is.
Best Regards
