Are you downloading to a Mac running the latest software? It simply will not download properly for some reason. I ended up downloading on an old Mac Book running a much older OS and no problems. I hope it is something as simple for you.

This unfortunately happened during an absence and we were unaware of someone else modifying our scene after we came back and backed it up to our own drive, unfortunately. Once we do get everything cleaned up we will only update and run from our private copy. What a fiasco!

2024/01/26 at 8:59 pm #118823psikesParticipantTry downloading on an older operating system. I had the same thing after downloading using Sierra on my Mac.
2024/01/08 at 6:14 pm #118223psikesParticipantProblem solved. Downloading the update on my iMac running Sonoma was the problem. I downloaded on my old laptop running High Sierra and the firmware updated as always.
2023/12/13 at 3:56 pm #117446psikesParticipantI just performed the latest update to 17.2 and all is still well.
2023/12/13 at 3:24 pm #117444psikesParticipantI just signed din on both my iPad and iPhone running 17.1.2 with no problems. Make sure you have the correct wifi selected before signing in. That has bitten me more times than I can count.
2023/04/22 at 4:21 pm #112542psikesParticipantThe simplest way is to setup passwords so the basic users only have access to basic scenes.
2022/09/21 at 5:00 pm #109152psikesParticipantI am waiting until iOS 16 becomes a bit more settled before upgrading. Thanks for looking into this.

it will not even update any longer.2022/08/12 at 2:29 am #108456psikesParticipantThanks Giga, I have a soft key assigned to save the current scene. It is nice getting back into the Qu-PAC again after not having used it much for the last two years.
2022/08/11 at 6:13 pm #108445psikesParticipantI was finally able to locate the iPad setting menu. Apps were not being displayed on the iPad Settings screen as they should have been. I closed all apps and the Qu-Pad app and others that I use appeared. What a weird problem. All is well and I have my Custom App available on the iPad finally.
THanks, Phil
2022/08/11 at 5:38 pm #108444psikesParticipantMy problem is that I have not a clue where the iPad Settings Menu referenced below is located. I have been through every menu on the Qu-Pac itself as well as all of the menu items in the Qu-Pad app and find nothing even close to that name or function. I have a Custom layer that I would like to have as Custom layer 1 on my iPad but getting it from toe Qu-Pac to the iPad at this point eludes me. I would surely appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.
Custom tab 1 follows Qu custom layer option – Go to the iPad Settings menu ‘Qu-Pad’ item:
Off (default) = Qu-Pad presents ‘Custom 1’, ‘Custom 2’, ‘Custom 3’. These are independent of the mixer custom layer.
On = Qu-Pad presents ‘Custom Layer’, ‘Custom 2’, ‘Custom 3’. ‘Custom Layer’ is the same as the mixer custom layer.
‘Custom Layer’ can be assigned using Qu-PadThanks, Phil
2022/08/11 at 3:53 am #108423psikesParticipantWhat I have not found is how to make the pad follow the Qu-Pac custom layer. The documentation is not clear to me.
2022/05/25 at 4:29 pm #107293psikesParticipantA quick search show that Full Compass has them.
