    There are no firmware updates for the ME-500 available.
    The current version of firmware on the ME-500 is the correct version.

    Hi Corey,

    If you have multitrack recordings in a DAW, you may find that you need to change the output routing of the DAW. By default, most DAWs’ have all the inputs routed to the master LR track. You will need to change the output routing of the DAW to be the in the DAW Preferences.

    On the I/O Page of the SQ, you need to assign the input channels to the USB B. You will then receive audio signal from the DAW to the input channels of the SQ to carry out a Virtual Soundcheck. Using this method, the tracks will sound exactly the same as the live performance when being sent to your SQ.

    This unfortunately sounds like a possible hardware fault with the digital audio board.

    Hi Louis,

    Did you have a Custom Control file already saved on a PC and to your CDM32 Mix Rack?

    All Custom Control information is stored in the Mix Rack and users are accessible via the surface.

    Once you have created a Custom Control layout in Custom Control Editor, you need to make sure you give it a ‘User’ name. Upload your saved config to your Mix Rack over the network from your PC.

    Now that you have done this, on your surface, go to Mix Rack –> Config –> User Profiles.

    Name the required number of User Profiles on the surface. Make sure that the user permissions are correct and that the user profiles you require are set to active.

    You will need to name your User Profiles that you require, exactly the same as the User Profiles you have set for each Custom Control Layout.

    Once you have done this and your show is saved, you can now connect and log into the Custom Control App using any of these User Profiles from any device connected to the netowrk port or via a router connected to the network port of the Mix Rack e.g. a laptop or an iPad.

    Hi Josh,

    Global safes are saved per show and not per scene. Global safes prevent selected channels or parameters being overwritten by ANY scene recall.

    Recall filters are saved per scene within a show. Recall filters prevent selected channels or parameters being overwritten by the SELECTED scene recall.

    You cannot transfer/copy an old scene from another show into a newer preexisting show.
