    Just in case this happens to anyone else, it was the redundant/cascade switch on one of the DX168’s.

    Thanks, I dismissed that as an option initially because they are located under the stage, but I will certainly check and see. Maybe some curious fingers went exploring this last week.

    As others have suggested, a Dante card will facilitate a digital split, but so would a gigaACE card, or a Waves card. It really depends on your needs as to which one would be best suited for you.
    In order to keep broadcast and FOH from interfering with each other you can utilize the user roles that split access to scenes and other resources. Depending on what you chose to do, gain sharing is an important feature that can keep two users of a MixRack from causing each other unnecessary grief.

    The rack ears extend below the bottom of the Dx168. The space and this creates is just tall enough to get XLR connectors through.
