Thank you Mark, that works fine.
2015/05/12 at 12:46 pm #47945Do you have more than one firmware on the usb device? Delete all firmware files, empty the trash and copy the new 1.71 on the usb. That should work.
2015/04/26 at 4:15 pm #47497I think there is something going on between the network and the new functions on Qu-Pad.
With 1.7 you can control so much more things, maybe there is any bug? After disconneting the Network/Access Point and reconnect it – everything is ok, I think. It´s difficult to recreate the thinks – cause it´s always an other thing happening, or even not. Weird.
2015/04/25 at 3:44 pm #47457No, 1.71 doesn’t fix the problem. I have updated today and I am using my Qu-16 NOW. Some minutes ago 4 faders had a very special position, without touching it. 2 ch paired together had different positions. What’s that?
All channels have been on lowest position befor.I used my iPad for soundcheck. Logged out and disconnected from my Airport Express. The Access Point was still connected with the Qu-16.
2015/04/22 at 4:04 pm #47282Does anyone else have this random fader move problem? I still have it. Sometimes. But couldn´t see a reason for it.
Only thing:
One time I had this problem 4 or 5 hours after I disconnected my iPad from the WiFi, after using it with the Qu-16.
As long as there was no iPad connected or is still connected, nothing happens. After disconneting it, some hours later the Qu-16 will do this fader movement.Does anyone else have this problem?
2015/04/11 at 12:16 am #46785I did have the same problem with my Qu-16 after updating to 1.7
At a little show I did only with playbacks. 2 times in about 5 hours my playback faders went to zero. And there was no iPad connected or any other device. And I also didn´t touch the mixer at the moment the faders moved.I think this could be a bug.?!
2014/09/18 at 7:42 pm #41722What USB cable are you using? I had a big problem with long thin cables. Always electric noise on all channels. Using a big one with EMI filters solved the problem. Or one with a repeater.
I think the cable has to be a good one, not a cheap one.
2014/09/12 at 8:44 pm #41586I have communicated the problem with to many files to the support. They told me it is a bug and it will be solved in the next firmware update.
2014/09/03 at 4:12 pm #41485Qu-16 Editor for Mac and Windows please. I think there couldn´t be an easier way of configuring the whole desk.
2014/08/26 at 12:45 pm #41438Nobody can help? Nobody has the same problem like me?
2014/08/16 at 12:56 am #41361That´s fine, but doesn´t solve my problem 🙂
How much files do you have on your USB Drive and how large are these files?2014/08/15 at 3:49 pm #41354That isn´t right. It plays all my 44,1/16 wave files. And if the files are 30 – 50 MB it shows more than 50 files. The manual on says:
Playback: 44,1 or 48 / 16 or 24 bit.
2014/03/23 at 3:48 pm #38487Hi Nicola
I´m running V 1.31 – earlier versions didn´t have this problem. Everything works fine.
I was trying Broadcast Waves in Cubase 7 – unsupported format. But I didn´t tried WAVE64.The support ticket will be submitted today.
2014/03/19 at 1:05 am #38385The Noise isn´t from ST3, because I have plugged in a mini-jack and the CH is turned off and muted as well.
I don´t know, but the click noise isn´t coming all the time. Sometimes there is a click, sometimes not. In WaveLab or another DAW software isn´t any noise and I also don´t see anything that could produce these clicks.2013/12/11 at 10:48 am #36758That´s exactly what I mean.
