Like Brian said bring in a couple “qualified” people to look over the space and come up with a design.

Your comment about all types of events leads me to the question of what kind of events are you looking at using the room for?

You just need to get a decent basic WIFI router, set it for 5g operation, connect it to the ethernet jack.
Like Brian was getting at, you’ll find the external router works better.

The 1/4 inch input on the combo jacks is pre set with a 20db pad.

Maybe something in the output patching, what you think is the left output is actually
    patched to something else.

Can you hear it in headphones?

Scenes, libraries and shows can all be saved on one USB stick. First you need to format the USB drive using the mixer, doing that put the file structure on the drive that includes folders for scenes, shows, libraries, multitrack recordings, stereo recordings and playback audio.

“it happened to me twice that during the program I no longer have a signal in the speakers but only in the monitors. in both cases the signal returned after about two minutes without doing anything to it”

Check that the issue is not between the mixer and the speaker system.

Did you still show output level on the main metering?
Check and see if you still have sound at the headphone jack.

Try plugging a monitor into the main outputs and see if they have
sound if the main speakers cut out again.

Saving a scene saves everything as the mixer is at the time of the scene save.
In the filters and safes pages you can select what gets recalled or does not get recalled.

Do you get hum when the speaker is running on battery power and connected to the mixer?

Is the input set to line level? Try the 1/4 inch AUX input.

Are your XLR cables wired with pin 1 tied to the shell of the connector?

Check the S Link connections that the pin wires are not bent or out the track
    that keeps them in line.

    Maybe try a firmware reload.

What outputs are you using on the mixer to feed to the ATEM.
In the ATEM control software you can change the inputs from the mic level to line level, mono and stereo and turn off the phantom power on the ATEM inputs. At least turn off the phantom power and set it to line level.

I would set an aux mix and do not send the incoming audio feed back out, only send the inputs at your end.

As for the hiss that sound like the EV speakers were set up for mic level input, they need set for line level.

Automatic feedback finders just look for a sustained tone / frequency the notes from a keyboard can look like feedback to it and then it start reducing that frequency.
Us the main output EQ to to notch out frequencies that want to ring/feedback.
If you want to use the feedback assistant bring up the system level with the mics turned on till it start to feedback, let the feedback assistant grab those frequencies and then lock the feedback so it does not keep grabbing other frequencies as the music is playing.

What type of EQ was applied to the keyboard channel or was the entire system over EQ’d in trying to get rid of the feedback?

To add…..if that is what you are doing, that is not a great idea and could be causing what I was hearing and distortion at times.

So are you combining the two matrix outputs into one xlr cable feeding the computer interface?

Is the phantom power turned on?
Does it still pass audio even with the clicking?

I guessing there is a power supply issue.

Using a mix for live streaming lets you adjust the “mix” that is feeding the live stream, post fade you can set the mix send levels as needed for a generally correct balance for live steam and then that mix will track what is done with the main mix.
A pre fade will need to be actively “mixed” during the live stream while monitoring it in a remote location from the main system, that mix could be done with an ipad, With out getting into double patching the person mixing live stream would have control of the levels and overall output processing but not individual channel processing, of course the pre fade option requires a dedicated operator to tend to the live stream audio.

To listen to a matrix on the matrix master select PAFL.
