we went to Mycasebuilder.com and had some custom foam cut for a 1650 pelican. They turned out good.

We are using RapcoHorizon’s DURASHIELD-278NN cable. It’s 278′ works great.

Doesn’t matter if you have a 16G thumb drive or a 2T hard drive, recording time is the same.

Using a Surface Pro 4 here, Director works great on it. Stylus makes a huge difference vs my fat fingers. Also enjoy the fact that I can have Wireless Workbench running and my PA’s DSP running and at my fingertips as well. After having the full option of Director at my fingertips, I cannot see myself going with the iPad app when it does come out.

May already be an option that I haven’t found yet but soft key assignments for start/stop of recorder and I could see with having that many soft keys, the option to being able to assign playback tracks to them for intro rolls. It could almost act like a Playback360 system.
