Also works on an installation where you have some of your output feeding ceiling speakers. This way you won’t need an extra dsp.

For Qu would be a great addition. (Qu Pac and Qu Sb)

@Jack_AH Yes, that is the idea. Thanks!

@Jack_AH Thanks for the video. I’ll try it. Can’t remember if turning on/off the insert will get rid of waves or you have to completly unassign it.

@Steffen_R So I just have to set gigaACE card to “switch” otpion and patch normally in console #2. Both consoles will have analog gain.

@magneticfield Guess you are right about the DCA. And I would like to see that tatoo! 🙂

@SteffenR Well, it’s not quite an undo but more a backwards navigation without the need of doing 2 or more moves.

Some other engineers talked about a timeline, something like AVID does with their conosoles. The posibility to go back in time in a scene.

    Thanks Nic.

And how do you have to set the gigaACE cards and the patching for having that?

Consider the 128 inputs (analog splitter).

    Thanks

@samlow. Yes but you need to select the mix you want to fader flip. An engineer told me it could be handful to have the fader flip for a specific output.

@steffen R. Auto decrement for teather. The same you use auto increment but in case you need to go back quickly. This saves you time instead of going to scenes page and select what scene do you want to go back and then hit go.

You can’t assign the “unassign” to a softkey.

And the scene just controls insert parameters not the status.

    To ThatComplicated MidiGuy

I’d thought about doing an analogue i/o run to outboard, but I’d rather not introduce another d/a + a/d conversion; I mean, it’s a tiny amount of additional latency, but still. Groups—>Groups is definitely the way to go.

    Thanks Nic.

    What about transport controls?

    Are they already mapped?

    Thanks
