@volounteer (#93793) I have the house balanced, but for some reason, I have always had a hard time with outputs to other media. We record to a CD and it’s never very good, but it at least gets the job done. I have followed everything I could to get it to come out better. In the case of the online viewers, the sound is unbalanced for the same reason (I’m guessing) as with the CD recorder. In the end, I’d need a professional- probably with knowledge about the QU-32 as well.
