Problem solved. It was the Mix ext was in. Re set it to unasigned and that’s fixed it.
Checked through and made sure all my monitor mix outputs were set the same.

Yea thats why I could hear L&R. Volume pot works ok.
I don’t think you can either (allocate or not have them routed) which is why I’m thinking maybe there is a fault. The desk is about a month to 2 month’s old and done about 6 corporate jobs around London. Been great up to this PFL problem
Yes it’s all fine now. Just thought as it was a blank pendrive it might have worked straight away. I put it in my PC formatted it for FAT32 and then when I put it in the QU it read it. Now can save my shows. Just need to work out how to play music off it now!
I would just like to add that i used a 2MB USB pendrive for all the above. I have just tried the same thing using an 8MB USB pendrive and it will not work. I have not got a 4MB stick so i can’t try that. So at the moment all i can asume is that it will not work using bigger than 2MB
