Alias is not attaching. If you navigate to the resource/ Java folder and right click on the ilive editor.jar and click make alias. You can then copy the alias to the desktop or place of choice for a launch Icon. I have mine in an audio programs folder on my dock, but that works for me.

So I have an update for the software. I ran the java 8.60 update and had no issues with it, I am currently running 10.10.5. All of the menu options are back for selecting the options of your console or controlling in the ilive editor. Ilive software is 1.94.

I attached the alias to the program, you can save it to the desktop or dock. Use as you want.

What I have works flawlessly for the functions I use.

I will not be by the system until next Sunday, but I don’t remember seeing 2 other options. I will verify next Sunday.

I am not experiencing a major lagging. There is some slowness to the software and always has been with the software. I am also running a ssd drive on my computer.

I am running it fine with Yosemite 10.10.3 and Java 8 update 40. I have to go through the “show package contents” as stated before, but at least works. I hope this helps.

I found a way to launch the app on Yosemite. If you go to the applications folder and right click on “ilive editor” and select “show package contents”. Then navigate to “/resources/java/iLive_Editor.jar” and launch it. As long as you have the most recent java it works. This is was ran with java 8 40. I hope this help you out.
