Bump. Since they are still actively pushing the ME-1. I had to mess with a drummers ME-1 last night and I thought I would bring this up again.

2016/06/27 at 11:14 am #56804I have seen this before. I use presets and try to get the band members to always recall their preset which loads everything back up.

2016/03/31 at 11:06 pm #54868It would be nice to have some sort of road map or news on development of this. The me1 is still being pushed but no software for offline editing? I am all for loading it onto a key and recalling either a config or preset that was built offline.

2015/10/22 at 10:13 pm #51593Bump. Are there any planned updates for the GLD series? If so, would love to have some of our feature requests visited. Having the channel name next to the Input number in the scene safe window would make it alot easier to know what channel you are working on in the scene safe windows.
Thanks.
2015/10/20 at 11:26 pm #51541I understand the concept with them but I don’t see any other iPad app with an “on” and a mute on the fader when mixing. Got to be a different way to assign to L/R and have more fader throw. I can’t stand this on the gld80 app either. As there is little resolution on the fader already and how many people actually use the “on” button versus the mute. On only dumps the channel to L/R and does not mute that channel to any aux sends so it is not useful for mixing, only assigning to L/R. Maybe another tab on the top left for bus / aux assigns?
How about have it show up only when selecting a mix?Sent from my Nexus 10 using Tapatalk
2015/10/07 at 11:10 pm #51157Gld80 can do mp3 playback so I don’t know if that is a licensing thing or not on the QU, or do you have to license per device?

2015/08/25 at 6:22 pm #50036Will this only be an option? Currently I like the way it is, to be able to mute a channel when not in use and have it muted in the ME-1, but if I just mute the DCA, I want it ON in the ME-1 so the musician can still hear things in their ears and practice if need be. (of course, everyone else hears them in their ears 🙂
2015/08/25 at 5:33 pm #50035The GLD 80 has a meters page on the mixer. It also has a few customizable meter setups you can put on the home page. No Meter page on the Ipad app.
Wishful thinking! If we could merge the Qu app and the GLD app together it would be fantastic 🙂 Both apps have missing features and great stand alone features so merging them would be unbelievable.
2015/07/24 at 11:38 am #49450I can try comping it a bit. On Cubase I use a maximer which brings up the low signal also and then compresses at the upper end which works pretty well.
2015/07/15 at 7:56 pm #49304Thanks. it is looking like you can map play & pause to a soft key which looks like that is what I am wanting to do.
