From what I can tell, the libraries are not “universal”, but stored within a show.
The ability to recall any library from/to any show would be great.

When using DYN8 on ganged CH, L/R (on separate faders), or ganged MTXs the channel being changed does not affect the linked/ganged channel, so you have to “listen with one ear” then copy/paste to the other channel. Seems an easy fix…. perhaps?

Hey Brian,
Came back to reload the file and investigate.
Good thought, yeah. Confirmed that the slot is FX bus driven and comes back to FX return.

I tried assigning it as insert, and that did indeed make the FX “invalid” again, but I could not assign to surface strips. So I’m not able to recreate the issue…… Damn.

I’m not referencing that because it doesn’t answer the question.
This is related to Matrix mix buttons not acting in the same manner as the Aux mix buttons do.
AND Channel mix buttons not acting the same in send to Aux v send to Matrix.
Why don’t you read the original post “#114054”

Mix button on MTX doesn’t allow IP on fader either. Seems to be only groups/LR to MTX allowed on fader

Copy/Paste mix settings and contributions to one that will not be reallocated (i.e. Mix10 to Mix8)
