Hmmm! I spoke too soon. I had a full day recording old stuff from my AW4416 to the iMac without any problems on playback, but tonight at a live rehearsal, the intermittent screech is back across all tracks. Back to the drawing board.

Anybody had anything similar?

From the A&H recommended drives, I have two Samsung M3 500G drives that work perfectly in the Qu-drive. The supplied cables are a bit short, though.

Its a shame that all tracks are recorded and not just those that have content, but hey… what a feature!
