Take auto gain off the channel.
I think that will help also.

Have you Check the gain on whatever aux you are on if on an aux. I had the same problem with my inears until I found the knob and turned it up it was set on 0db to start with.

I would try the 5 gh.
I had the same problem with the CQ18, after I switched everything was ok,

So when you send an effect to an output you can only insert on that output you can’t share is that right? Also, if you insert it on a output say easy verb for example if you had that verb on the mains would that take it of the mains because you inserted it on say output one and now it’s not shared?
