    Thank you Brian & Scott.
I’ll probably go with an allowed group of ip addresses for the iPads in the routing firewall rules.

I should have clarified that my query was more for any known issues from the DLive/onemix working across vlans.

    Thanks

Update: White screen freeze fault has been fixed.

Turned out to be an internal molex header power supply cable with a faulty crimp pin. The wire was not crimped correctly onto the pin causing an intermittent connection.

Thanks to our local dealer and TAG (Australian dealer) for resolving the issue.

    UPDATE ON OP:
The fader issue started about 6 weeks after updating to 1.90 and still in warranty.
I didn’t really think the firmware update could have been a factor. After 2 fader calibrations the fault persisted.

Sent it in for service, they checked the cables and faders etc. No issues there.
Eventually they updated firmware to 1.93, did a calibration on faders, and all working perfectly since.

I performed the fader calibration and motor calibration twice.
The fader issue still present. Reloaded an old show, issue not resolved.

Any other ideas? May be replace or clean faders?

    Well done on 1.9.
    Love the RTA.
The new expander is awesome on snare.
Buss comp is great on main lr bus, just taking 2-3db off really smooths mix.

    Hi
Could you please elaborate in how to assign users a specific block if users to work with as can be done with SQ?

I can block users in user preferences from storing scenes but that is for ALL scenes.

I need say User 1 to access scene 10-19 only, User 2 to access scene 20-29, etc.

    How can this be achieved?

I can’t see any option in user setup to set this up on DLive.

    Hi Stephen
    Thanks that work.
Just seems bit strange you can send the tb channel directly to mix busses but not the mes directly.
    Oversight in firmware?

Hopefully they could implement this in future updates.

    Thanks

The easiest way is to not worry about people’s names, and label with channel description, for band and singers. This is same method at each of our campuses. Channel order is same across locations too. So any audio engineer can walk in and now where very channel is.

    We just use
    Elec 1 always lead guitar
Elec 2 always rhythm guitar (not always 2 guitars)
    Acc Accoustic
    Key 1 main piano keys
    Key 2 Synth

    WL Worship leader
    BV 1 Brn Brown
    BV 2 Red Red
    BV 3 Grn Green
    BV 4 Blu Blue

    MC Mc mic channel
    Headset Preaching headset

    Hi Ben
I am currently running V1.81 on S7000 and OneMix app. If we update rack and apps to 1.83 will OneMix app need to be reconfigured as we experienced with previous firmware updates?

    Thanks

    Hi Nicola,
I haven’t tried Custom control yet.
In my earlier reply, I’m using a single user login for my OneMix users, and assigning an iem mix in the their app.
    Is this correct way?
It’s working with no issues so far.

I have 8 techs so need to have 8 user profiles.

I’ve setup a user for each of our techs which recalls their scene.
I have setup another user called Onemix, which my band log onto with the Onemix app. Within their app I have setup their designated IEM mix. I’ve successfully had 4 band members using the app and all logged into the same user profile. No issues so far.
I’m not sure if this the correct way to manage multiple onemix connections, but otherwise I would need 30+ user accounts
minimum, to cover band and techs.

Does anyone have any thoughts about this method ?

    Hi
We have just installed a dlive.
We utilise a power sequencer, but still get pops as the dlive and mix rack boot up, even if all mix masters are muted.

I’m considering extending the time on the sequencer to ensure all amps switch on after the dlive and mix rack are booted. This wouldn’t be a major hindrance as the dlive needs to boot up anyway.

I assumed that with relay muted outputs there really shouldn’t be any pop noises.

Has anyone had a real solution to this issue?
At moment extending time delay might be only solution. Just curious why it happens even with relay muted outputs?

    Cheers

    Hi Loloverde,

Is there a link for the Reference Guide?

I can only see the Getting started guide (same as shipped with surface), Firmware release notes, and tech specs.

I cannot find any full reference manual anywhere on the A&H website or Google?

    Could you please help further?
