On the Scenes page press the (physical) Setup button and touch the Scene Options box on the screen.
In here you can turn off Scene Editing Confirmation which will prevent the confirmation dialogue box from appearing when hitting Go.

The USB key selection should be persistent between restarts of the application – maybe you could drop us an email with some more details so we can look into this for you – support@allen-heath.com

Ben2016/11/21 at 9:53 am #59425Hi @sno77340,
By default the USB inputs are configured as a stereo input on to a stereo channel.
Can you confirm which template show and scene you recalled and what firmware version you are running on your system?
Best Regards,

In the first instance I would suggest formatting the USB drive on a PC or MAC using the FAT32 file system and then attempting to view it in the dLive. If they drive came formatted as NTFS out of the box then it would potentially not be recognised by the dLive system.
The dLive recording/playback technology is derived from our Qu-Drive technology so you can view the Qu-Drive USB Database here which will also be applicable to dLive USB compatibility:
2016/10/07 at 8:52 am #58585We don’t recommend the use of QOS or any other Layer 3+ features with dSnake.
In most cases a “dumb” Layer 2 switch will work just fine.2016/10/04 at 3:15 pm #58548Yes, it can be run through a switch but no, it could not be used for a split or similar – it is still a point-to-point connection rather than a networked audio protocol like Dante.
There’s a useful article in our Knowledgebase on this very subject here:

2016/10/03 at 2:36 pm #58506Sorry to hear you’re having problems.
You may want to disable any wireless connections you have active and check that your iMac IP address is compatible with the GLD IP address.
However you should also be aware that there is currently a bug in the GLD firmware that means under certain circumstances when connected to DAW Control over TCP/IP the surface can “freeze”. If you encounter a “freeze” then I would suggest using a dedicated hardware MIDI interface until we can fix this bug in firmware
If you’re still having problems drop us an email at support@allen-heath.com
Hope this helps 🙂
