Like I suggested before: A&H should sell USB-sticks that comply, with guaranteed recording success. Luckily I did manage to find sticks that work, but the not-solving-the-problem attitude is a disgrace, A&H unworthy. My next one won’t be an A&H model, due to the lack of serious responses from the great innovative company I visited about 15 years ago. Things have changed I suppose…

Lena T.
SanDisk® Global Customer Care“Customer Care” still doesn’t understand the problem… If SanDisk knows the difference between working/failing USB sticks (according to their own specs), they could have pinpointed the problem and advise which one to buy (namely the ones with the same specs as the other ones that work just fine).
Barry: I’ll test the 64Gb Transcend for a few recording hours, I’ll let you know ASAP.
2017/10/24 at 3:00 pm #65833Hey Barry (12/10): don’t now where you live (in Brexit perhaps…), but you could try to order at Bax Holland.
This one works in my Qu-Pac: https://www.bax-shop.nl/usb-stick/transcend-jetflash-700-64gb-usb-3-0 They have a 60-day return policy…2017/10/24 at 2:48 pm #65832An USB-update from AnyKey Productions (happy Qu-Pac owner, great sound! ;-)) in Holland: my SanDisk-support question is now on the desk of an “L3 Support Engineer” of SanDisk® Global Customer Care. I’ll keep you all posted…
Last weekend doing my thing at a local gig I ran in to someone in possession of a Transcend 64Gb USB stick. Tested (formatted) it and guess what? It’s OK! Yesterday I ordered a new one at Bax: the TS64GJF700 D90870 0015/8D33193 just arrived and (also) works just fine! Now I’m the happy owner of a Qu-Pac, 3*32Gb SanDisk + a new 64Gb Transcend USB stick!
Anyone in need of “sound”? I’m in the center of Holland! -;) http://www.anykeyproductions.nl
2017/10/13 at 6:18 am #65648Idea… I’ve asked SanDisk NL which 64Gb stick is A&H compatible. I do have 3 SanDisk 32Gb sticks that work just fine, maybe SanDisk knows which 64Gb sticks are built accordingly.
2017/10/06 at 8:29 am #65566@ Dick #65496: I’m the 👍 happy owner of a Qu-Pac (sorry I called it a ‘Qu-Pad’ in a previous post 🙄), using this great mixing console with my iPad (and I do have a spare Android tablet, in case my iPad does or fails me…) for my audio gigs (mainly bands). I never had the need for extra outputs (L+R & 10 mix/AUX is just great!) but now I need an extra stereo send for a delay stack, doing a gig involving 3 choirs (and several musicians) next Sunday. So I’m trying to find a solution, an extra output with delay option (and if possible: with separate EQ options) sounding exactly like my L+R mix.
Thanx to your reply I found out Matrix 1/2 and 3/4 (the “mixer inside the mixer”) offer the possibility to mix the OUTPUTS of L+R, mixes 1×10 and the groups >>> Matrix1/2 and/or Matrix 3/4. And thanx to your reply I found hou to route Matrix 1/2 and/or Matrix 3/4 to ALT OUT (or AES), located on the surface screen.
Question: are ALT OUT and AES the only available outputs for the matrix mixes? I can’t find how to change L/R output (nor Mix outs) to one of the Matrixes. No urgent need, I’m fine with the solution I found so far, but still curious… Please advise!
2017/10/03 at 7:15 am #65508A&H could easily solve the problem: go sell USB-sticks that work. Guaranteed. I’m lucky to have 3 sticks (32Gb each) that work just fine… And I ❤️ my Q-Pad!!
2017/08/25 at 6:35 am #64976“The chance to buy a working disk is zero”? Last January I bought three SanDisk 32Gb Extreme sticks, all 3 work 100% on my Qu-Pac.
2017/01/11 at 7:32 am #60492Hi Andreas! In agree, but Holland the word “Cruzer” was not on the stick, nor the label. The internet shop called it ‘Cruzer Extreme’, confusing…
2017/01/10 at 1:08 pm #60472How do I remove my wrong entry? Line 77: SanDisk Extreme 32Gb is 100% OK!
2017/01/04 at 7:23 am #60288I think it’s a good idea to invest in a reliable UPS – what type should I select for my Qu-PAC? Many types available: https://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA157448/
Advise anyone?
2017/01/02 at 8:53 pm #60258Hey Andreas! Guess what… I reloaded my glasses and found an ‘error’ (omission) in the Qu-Pac technical data sheet 😉 Allen (or was it Heath?) forgot to draw the Alt Out volume pot. The phones-pot is in the drawing so I didn’t expect to find a Alt Out pot…
Learning all the time, thanks again for your support!
