Zedi10FX USB to Ipad question

I use backing tracks and am interested to know if the USB-B adapter also powers the IPAD when using it for backing tracks. If not, what exact adpater would I need in order to use for backing tracks hooked up directly from IPAD power input to the USB-B adapterAND power the IPAD at teh same time so it will not lose battery during shows? Thanks

Hi. Yes I have done the iPad Pro 1st gen to my small Zed mixer USB many times.
I used a camera adapter which also has a power connector on it as well as the USB port.
Mine had a USB2 port but I see that they have a USB 3 port on them now?
Is it just 2 channels as a backing track you are using?
Google a search for iPad camera adapter with power connector.
