ZED428 how to solo track

Hi, i am new to the forum although I registered a few years ago and I use my 428 just in my small home studio
is it posible to use the PFL channel button to solo just that channel on the L and R output channels
Yes I can mute all the other channels but its……….!
If its not normally possible is there a workaround?
Any help would be great

You could make up an adapter TRS breakout cable to use the headphone jack to feed your studio monitors. Pressing any PFL button would then just send the PFL’d channel to the monitors.

Your suggestion sounds like a good idea and I will try it
However does the headphone output change/ or colour the sound as i assume that it has its own small amplifier to powere the head phones?

Would it be possible to modify the mixer so that you have a small switch to go from normal use (output to L and R) or that the output is from the headphone socket

If anybody has any other ideas?……….
