XONE92 – Problems with Gain level

HEllo!

I have the mixer connected to two xdj1000mk2 and even with the gain knob at minimum, at 0, the channel meter level is hitting -3 or 0. As I understand it, the normal thing is that if the gain knobs are at minimum, no audio should come in, because otherwise I don’t have space to manage the audio. I dont know if this resolve the problem but should I do the “Input Gain Disable” that appears in the user manual guide? that thing of “locate and remove the two jumper sleeves (JP5,JP6) to disable the gain +10dB ???
