Hi all..
I recently acquired a XONE:43C from my brother-in-law and have revived my vinyl collection that’s been in storage for the past 20 years with hopes of being able to do some more mixes (last ones I did were recorded to tape =D ).
I’ve tried connecting my mixer to my laptop by way of a USB-B -> USB-C cable (and also RCA (from ‘record’ outputs) -> USB-C DAC) and neither give me anything in any software (both show up in the sound devices in control panel (Windows 10 Pro) but neither show any sound input). I’ve also tried Audacity and even OBS studio.
I’ve installed the latest drivers on the laptop, but alas, nothing is coming through.
This is the first A&H mixer I’ve owned and now at a complete loss as to what to try.
I’m a software/devops engineer by trade, so happy to be technical if anyone has any suggestions.
