XONE DB4

Hello there
I hope you are doing well!!!!

I use a XONE DB4 in my set and suddenly can not find analog signal input on any channels.

The input knob was switched to analog in each of the troubleshooting steps below:
#1- I switched out the RC cables – no signal
#2- I tried multiple audio sources – no signal
#3- I pressed in or out the grey buttons on the back – no signal

Has anyone seen this issue before? Am I missing anything here? Please let me know.

Hello!!! The problem persists and I am now being advised to send the mixer in for repair.
I owned this mixer for less than 2 years and it had already lost the analog input signal on all four channels. This is very frustrating give the cost of this device.

Does anyone here have experience with the mixer’s PCB boards and can direct me to which one to replace? If all four channels not metering analog input, could this be the connector panel or the Audio IO? Or is any other PCB shown on the attached service manual?

Please help me narrow my search. Thanks
