Xone 32 Crossfade Issue

Hey!

I have an older Xone 32 mixer and am having issues with the crossfader and filters, as in they don’t work at all.

I took it into a shop to get fixed and the guy returned it saying I just needed to press the crossfade button. Which was ridiculous as much as I don’t have technical experience I knew enough that the button needed to be pressed.

Anyway, after a few months the issue returned so I’m sure there’s a loose connection in there somewhere. Additionally, the fact that none of the filters work either means it must be a bigger issue.

Any ideas?
