Hi,
I’ve just bought an add on and entered 1 character wrong in the DNA code (a 0 instead of a D). I’ve used the contact form in the shop to ask for help. Is that the right place to go?

I can’t see a ticket in our support system, so I recommend emailing shopsupport@allen-heath.com instead and we’ll get this sorted for you.
Please include your order number along with your correct DNA.
