Has anyone loaded the ASIO driver into Windows XP to see if it works? A&H says it works with Vista, so I figured it probably works on the vastly superior OS (XP Pro). Please advise if you’ve tried this or if you work for A&H please give me the low down…thanks!

Tried it once, but it produces 100% CPU load when connected on a somewhat old DualCore Notebook and does not stream audio at all. Updated from XP to Win7 and everything is fine on the same machine (did several 32 Track recordings in the meantime).

Thanks…I have Mac & Win 8 computers that can be employed, so it looks like I’ll skip this little experiment…again, thanks.

As for Win XP…the computer has a Lynx 2C soundcard and Samplitude Pro loaded on it…and it has “low miles”…there are reasons to use it…professional grade hardware and software!
