Does anyone know what size hex wrench I need to remove the screws holding the i/o port covers down? It’s tiny and it’s probably metric. I don’t seem to have the correct size in my collection.

I have a Dante card ready to be installed and I’m blocked by the damn screws! HELP!

    Thanks!

I know that 1/16th (4/64ths) is too small and 5/64ths is too big.

T-7 Torx is the correct answer for anyone else wondering.

It required a quick trip to me hardware store, but I have the card installed.

Glad you got it sorted Brian.
It’s actually a T8. Was it not specified in the card fitting instructions?

    Nicola,

Unfortunately they don’t. The directions start off with instructions for “Fitting the Card” which says to remove the 4 screws securing the I/O Port blank, but it doesn’t specify the size or type of the screw. The only mention of a tool in the directions is a PZ1 screwdriver for tightening the screws on the Dante card once it is installed.
