    Hi, Would like to know if i can use the AH-M-SQ-WAVES3-A card with my Avantis
    or do i need the AH-M-DL-WAVES3-A, and if so why.

    You cannot use the SQ version of the Waves card in the Avantis. You have to use the Avantis/DLive version, or the older GLD version with an adapter module. If you have having to purchase a module, get the DLive/Avantis version.
