I have a similar issue though I am using a MacBook Pro. If all the channels get sent via usb B from the Qu then you would have to use something like Soundflower for Mac & send to OBS studio mapping 2 virtual channels within your DAW via soundflower to OBS studio. As for iPad I think this is going to be very difficult to achieve. I also have an older iPad Pro so only lightening a connection. I think the new ones have USB-C. I believe the camera adapters are mono? and also USB-C (If anyone has tried this on iPad please let us know how it works)

I am new to all this so I am just learning via trial an error.

If your using an IPad/IPhone then using a Rode SC4 will do the trick although only one mono channel. This maybe an advantage for streaming re: bandwidth.

USB to Lightning iPad camera adaptor is stereo and will support all 32 channels
