“Flexible dSNAKE Input patch Input Channels can now be sourced from any
dSNAKE socket. This allows remapping of AudioRack inputs and digital split to multiple
    channels if required.”

I wonder if that will get extended to Qu-Drive selections as well?

Just realised that the Ducker is side chain enabled…

Talkback as ducker source would be nice…

Nice that A&H notified me first on this update – I didn’t find out about it from third parties. Thanks!

But really now, when are we going to get the tracks recorded on Qu-drive named as the channels are named? It is geting boring having to sort thru and rename all the tracks for their instruments.

I have gigs tonight and tomorrow, so will update it after the weekend…

That’s be nice, as would timestamps (read from the iPad maybe)

So – last night, I used two iPads, I edited effects, saved scenes, and ran lead the vocal on two channels at once. An hour into the gig and I suddenly realised that I’d not had to return to the desk at all after setting up.

Did anybody mention the width control in the parametric eq? It doesn’t seem to be mentioned anywhere in the new features stuff.

So, thanks A&H, my desk has just got a lot better!

Looks like Width is just a quick way to adjust the Q of the band you select. Not really sure why they did that.

I’ve alway found the pinching for Q to be difficult to use – more so when holding the iPad in one hand for some reason, so I really like this.

I see. I agree then. At first wasn’t sure why they did that. To be honest I haven’t done very much music mixing with mine with ipad. Just other corp event type things. Music has always been desk only.
